Janet Polli leads the Consortium’s growth and strategic initiatives throughout North America. Over her 15-year career, Janet has managed nonprofit organizations in four major U.S. cities and has raised funding in excess of $1 million to support positive change.

Before joining the Consortium, Janet managed business development for the Research Foundation of the City University of New York, a $400 million organization. Janet also served as director of Mentoring USA, where she oversaw more than 30 site-based mentoring programs in New York City.

Janet has published numerous articles and made presentations for nonprofits on topics such as optimizing the nonprofit budget, grant administration and fiscal agents, and thriving in challenging times.

Janet holds a BA in English from the University of Chicago and an MFA in Film/Video/New Media from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She is currently completing her MBA at the University of Warwick.

Marina Kaasovic' holds a BA in Biology and Peace Studies from St. John's University and is currently working on expanding her knowledge in the area of Public Health.  Prior to joining the Consortium, Marina served as a therapeutic recreation activities assistant at the Benedictine Health Center of Minneapolis.
