HEALTHY KITCHENS, HEALTHY LIVES
NAPA, CALIFORNIA
FEBRUARY 5-8, 2015

As many of you know, for the past decade David Eisenberg has directed a CME course entitled, Healthy Kitchens, Healthy Lives, intended to assist health professionals with practical advice about nutrition, diet, cooking, exercise, mindfulness and behavioral change. The focus of this conference is on nutrition education and cooking, with practical advice for health providers, their families and their patients.

This conference takes place in the unique demonstration kitchens of the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, California and is co-sponsored by the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Samueli Institute. There are currently approximately 10 seats left (as it's capped at 400) and we want to alert Consortium members to consider registering for this conference which will take place in less than two weeks, February 5-8. Realizing that this is last minute, David would like to fill these remaining slots with Consortium colleagues, many of whom may still be interested in attending. For more information go to:  www.healthykitchens.org.  Of note, attendees will taste and receive recipes for more than 300 craveably delicious, healthy, affordable and easy to make dishes and receive 20 AMA Category 1 credits.  You will also have chef supervised instruction in the Culinary Institute’s one of a kind teaching kitchens; and, you will see how many hospitals across the US are already building and experimenting with “teaching kitchens”.  Enjoy!
